HVAC Installer- $15-$20 per Hour (Joplin, MO)

We are currently hiring for a HVAC Installer for one of our clients, a leading HVAC company that provides quality services to their customers. As a HVAC Install Helper, you will assist the in installing, maintaining and repairing gas, electric and heat pump HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will also help with troubleshooting and diagnosing problems, performing preventive maintenance and ensuring customer satisfaction.

To be a successful HVAC Install Helper, you must have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• A minimum of 6 months of experience as a HVAC helper or technician
• A basic knowledge of HVAC codes, standards and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and manuals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
